Directions to the Central Park Tennis Center
Here are the best ways to the Central Park Tennis Center once you are in the park area (uptown Manhattan):
From the West side of Central Park - 5 min. walk
Enter the park from 93rd St. & Central Park West (CPW).
Bear slightly left when the road forks and head toward the East side of the park.
Cross over the West Drive (with bicycles and runners) being careful to look both ways since mostly no one pays attention to the lights.
Continue walking East on the path toward the Tennis Center, which is a 1 story small blonde brick building by the tennis courts (which should be in front of you on your left).
The bathrooms are on either side of the Tennis Center once you are facing the building.
Continue walking past the Tennis Center/bathrooms just a bit and we'll be on the grass on the RIGHT.
